Direct Deposit Enrolment Form

Public Services and Procurement Canada is gradually eliminating the issuance of paper cheques in favor of direct deposit for all payments issued by the Receiver General. Direct deposit reduces the overall time required to receive payments, reduces costs, and promotes a friendly sustainable environment

To enrol in direct deposit with the Department of Justice

  1. Print and fill out the form:

    It is essential that you provide a valid email address on the form since all notices of direct deposit with payment details will be emailed to you. Please notify the department if your email address changes.

    Also note that you must sign up for direct deposit with all departments and agencies with which you do business individually. Being enrolled in direct deposit with the Department of Justice does not automatically enroll you in direct deposit with other Government of Canada departments and agencies.

  2. Send the duly completed form to MDV_DPF@justice.gc.ca or by mail to:
