Justice Canada Knowledge Exchange 2017: The criminal justice system’s responses to sexual assault against adults: This event is taking place on March 8, 2017, in Gatineau, Quebec. It will provide a forum to discuss current experiences associated with reporting, charging and prosecuting cases of sexual assault against adults in the criminal justice system and will examine promising practices from within Canada and other common law jurisdictions to strengthen the criminal justice system's responses.
Victims and Survivors of Crime Week: An annual outreach initiative that raises awareness about the issues facing victims and survivors of crime and the services and laws in place to help victims, survivors and their families. It is also about acknowledging the dedicated work of service providers who assist victims and survivors of crime and their families.
