Provision

 4. Subject to any other Act, no sale, lease or other disposition of federal real property shall be made and no licence shall be given in respect of federal real property except in accordance with this Act.

Problem

Only civil law terminology (immeuble) is used in the French version and only common law terminology ("real property" ) is used in the English version.

Solution

In the French version, the term bien réel is added in order to reflect the common law. In the English version, the term "immovables" is added in order to reflect the civil law.

Harmonized Provision

 4. Subject to any other Act, no disposition or lease of federal real property or federal immovables shall be made and no licence shall be given in respect of any such property except in accordance with this Act.
