This is a vertical bar chart that compares the number of legal aid applications received against legal aid applications denied from 1999 to April 2002.
The Y axis represents the number of applications. It is measured in numbers and in increments of 100 starting from 0 to 700.
The X axis represents the years, the applications received and applications denied. The following years are listed from left to right: 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
- In 1999, approximately 300 legal aid applications were received and less than 100 applications were denied.
- In 2000, almost 500 legal aid applications were received and less than 75 applications were denied.
- In 2001, between 600 and 650 legal aid applications were received and a very few applications were denied.
- Until April 2002, close to 200 applications were received and 0 applications were denied.
