The Y axis represents the population over 15 years of age measured in percentages, in increments of ten starting from 0 to 60.
The X axis represents the Northwest Territories, including Nunavut, and Canada and the level of education. Level of education is classified in two categories: No degree, certificate or diploma and with high school graduation certificate.
- In the Northwest Territories, including Nunavut, almost 50% of the population over 15 years of age had no degree, certificate or diploma compared to less than 40% of Canadian population over 15 years of age.
- In the Northwest Territories, including Nunavut, only 15% of the population over 15 years of age had a high school graduation certificate compared to approximately 25% of Canadian population over 15 years of age.
