The Y axis is measured in percentages and increases in increments of 5 from 0 to 35.
The X axis is divided by 11 categories, from left to right: 1-49, 50-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-249, 250-299, 300-399, 400-499, 500-749, 750-999 and 1000+.
- 28% of Ontario Aboriginal youth were sentenced to custody for 50-99 days
- 18% of Ontario Aboriginal youth were sentence to custody for 150-199 days
- 10% of Ontario Aboriginal youth were sentenced to custody for 100-149 days
- 9% of Ontario Aboriginal youth were sentenced to custody for both 1-49 days and 300-399 days
- 8% of Ontario Aboriginal youth were sentenced to custody for 200-249 days
- 7% of Ontario Aboriginal youth were sentenced to custody for 250-299 days
