This is a pie chart which illustrates where Alberta Aboriginal youth in custody on Snapshot day plan to relocate upon their release.
This pie chart is divided into five categories, which stand for each location: city, town, doesn’t know/other, Inuit community and aboriginal reserve.
- 18% of Alberta Aboriginal youth plan to relocate to an Aboriginal reserve
- 53% of Alberta Aboriginal youth plan to relocate to a city
- 24% of Alberta Aboriginal youth plan to relocate to a town
- 3% of Alberta Aboriginal youth plan don’t know or plan to relocate to an other location/don’t know
- 2% of Alberta Aboriginal youth plan to relocate to an Inuit community
