Planned evaluation coverage over the next five fiscal years
The Department is currently in a transition year as a result of the implementation of the new Policy on Results. The evaluation schedule provided below is based on the approved Departmental Evaluation Plan (2017-18 to 2021-22), which includes grants and contributions programs and evaluation commitments outlined in Treasury Board submissions. A comprehensive five-year evaluation plan, that also includes non-transfer payment programs, is under development (pending approval by June 2018), and will be reflected in the following Departmental Evaluation Plan (2019-20).
