For inmates, serious disciplinary offence was a problem in 75% of cases while 21% of staff members identified it as such. Appeals seem to be problematic for 69% of inmates compared to 21% of staff members. Inmates and staff identified new unresolved criminal charges as a problem in 46% and 22% of cases respectively. Finally, parole was also a problem according to 60% of inmates and 30% of staff members.
