The Y axis is measured in percentages and increases in increments of 10 from 0 to 100.
The X axis is divided by five categories, from left to right: Police, Courts, Corrections, Parole, and Victim Needs. Each category is divided by three sub-categories, from top to bottom: Low confidence, Moderate confidence, and High confidence.
For the police component:
- Less than 10% of respondents reported low confidence
- Approximately 45% of respondents reported moderate confidence
