Figure 3.1 presents a breakdown of the types of divorce orders or judgments used to complete the survey instrument. The most common type used was a divorce order that included a child support order (51.1 percent), followed by a divorce order that was silent on child support (31.8 percent). Interim child support orders were reported in 10.8 percent of cases. Of a total of 8,262 variations, a substantial majority (88.2 percent) were final variation orders.
