Ensuring the youth criminal justice system respects victims’ and survivors’ rights and addresses their needs is a core outcome for the youth criminal justice system. The single indicator under this outcome underscores the need to improve data collection and reporting efforts with respect to victims’ and survivors’ rights and needs.
