5. Official languages governance – Disclaimer

Accountability processes regarding the exercise of the powers, duties and functions assigned to the Attorney General of Canada pursuant to section 5 of the Department of Justice Act are excluded from the Departmental Action Plan for Official Languages. Therefore, Part III of the OLA will not appear in the annual review on official languages or other outcome reports to Parliament under the responsibility of Canadian Heritage (PCH) and the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS).
