The Y axis lists the fifteen problem types: consumer, employment, debt, social assistance, disability pensions, immigration, threat of legal action, other family law problems, hospital treatment and release, housing, police action, discrimination, personal injury, family – relationship breakdown and wills and incapacity. The X axis shows the maximum distance scale from 0.0 to 1.4 in increments of 0.2. The two most prominent clusters are a) social assistance disability pensions and immigration problems and b) consumer, employment and debt problems . Other minor problem clusters appear more clearly compared with the cluster analysis for respondents with two or more problems
